30 Days Return Policy
If you wish to return a product purchased from HumanWare Australia that does not meet your needs, you can request a return through our Customer Service Department by calling us at (02) 9686 2600. For all HumanWare products, you have up to 30 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.
Items ineligible for a return include:
- Electronic Software Downloads
- Software Up-to-Date Program Products (software upgrades)
- 3rd Party products (ViewPlus, Embraille, Kurzweil, Ink Connect, AfterShokz, ZoomText, Index, Sendero GPS)
How to Return
To return your item(s) to HumanWare, you must call our Customer Service Department and speak to one of our representatives, to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and return shipping instructions. If the item (s) was/were purchased through one of our distributors, please contact them to initiate the return.
Make sure to write down the RMA number that you have been given, on the box you are sending to us. We will arrange to collect goods on the requested date. Products must be returned using the original packaging. Please ensure the merchandise is packaged efficiently to avoid damage in transportation as this is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund for your product, excluding shipping fees both ways. Item (s) can be returned with the courier of your choice. Note that the way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.*
