The BrailleDoodle is an assistive technology tool that combines braille literacy, tactile creativity, and STEAM learning in one interactive device. Designed for children who are blind or living with visual impairments, it helps students discover, practice, and love braille while developing confidence and independence.

On the Braille Learning side, students practice braille letters, numbers, and words in a “no-fail” area where only the correct dots respond to the stylus. This structured approach builds accuracy, fluency, and motivation to keep learning braille.

On the Creative Canvas side, more than 1,300 tiny holes allow for tactile drawings, diagrams, and graphs. Teachers can use it to teach math and science concepts like plotting points on an X-Y axis, while also introducing art concepts such as lines, shapes, and perspective.

The BrailleDoodle is fully refreshable, so students can erase and redo their work easily, making it ideal for hands-on and interactive learning. It also comes with two stencils and covers, expanding possibilities for structured braille practice, guided diagrams, and creative projects.
